romney spoke to them on the record. i didn't understand why it was going to background, as they say, or off the record, and then the newspaper has said, you know, we did speak to him, but we can't tell you what he said because it was off the record. it was on background. the campaign -- the president does go through some issues there. maybe he didn't want to make it public. he says he is confidented that imgrigs reform will be done if he is re-elected. maybe in the first year he says there will be a grand bargain in his words as far as the budget is concerned. he goes on to say he will push for infrastructure investment meeting more spending for bridges and roads, and he promises that that $4 trillion deficit reduction target will be met. he said if i am re-elected he said the latino vote will be critical. i don't think that's a surprise, but normally you don't hear a presidential candidacy i'm going to be re-elected because i'm going to do really well among latinos. >> i guess it was advisable that the campaign changed
